Below are the must knows before coming to camp. Knowing them will help make your camp experience even better!

REGISTRATIONRegistration begins January 1st, 2024. An instant confirmation will be sent to you by email following the completion of your registration. Online registration payments can be made using Visa , MasterCard ,or a checking account.

LOCATIONS:  New for 2024 we now have two campuses! We will offer 8 weeks at our Main Campus(Impact Church) and 3 weeks at our North Campus (Northside Church)

TUITION INCLUDES: One T-shirt per camper for the summer, a group photo each week, and lunch on Friday.

CLOTHING: Campers should come ready to play hard, have fun, and get dirty! No sandals or Heelys, please. Campers should bring a bathing suit on swim days (one piece for girls), towel and sunscreen. Make sure that your camper’s name is on everything he or she brings to camp.

DEVICES: Digital Devices are not allowed at Camp Impact(Phones, tablets, computers, gaming systems, etc.). Please leave at home!

Water Play : Campers should bring a bathing suit on swim days (one piece for girls), towel and sunscreen. Have camper wear swim suit to camp with play clothes covering. This allows more time to play by only having to change one time.
  • Pre-k/Kindergarten– will have water play on Mondays
  • 1st-6th Grade will have water play with their group on either Tuesday, Wednesday,Thursday, or Friday. Water schedules for these grades will be shared at Monday morning check-in.

Camp Transportation: For campers 1st-6th Grade there will opportunity to travel to local parks and pool/splash pads (1st -2nd will visit splash pads) throughout the week. We use a 15 passenger van and shuttle bus to transport campers and our drivers have been highly trained and pass a in-depth background check. Transportation waivers are completed online during registration. Booster seats provided for children under 8 years of age per NC state law.

LUNCH: Campers bring lunch packed in an insulated lunch box with an ice pack each day. Campers must have a refillable water bottle every day. FREE lunch every Friday at camp!

SNACK BAR: Parents may place cash on an account for their camper for the week that they can use at our camp snack bar(This way they don’t have to worry about losing their money). We offer healthy options such as granola bars, yogurt, crackers, fruit, etc. Just bring however much you want to spend Monday morning to place on their account.

EXTENDED HOURS: Regular camp hours are 8:30am-4:30pm. If you need extended hours, we have before and after care available for your camper. Early drop-off begins each morning at 7:30am at the Auditorium Entrance. Late Pick-Up is at the same location by 5:30pm.Early and late childcare can be added to a child’s registration at the initial time of registration or on the day that the care is needed. Additional fees apply.
  • Early Drop-off – $25/week
  • Late Pick-up – $25/week

SCHOLARSHIP DONATIONS: All assistance given to campers/players financially is because of contributions made throughout the year by individual families and businesses. This makes it possible for children from low-income or single parent homes to experience Camp Impact.
